Eric Lizer may be the biggest UK basketball fan employed at Bates Security, but his college colors were actually not blue and white! Born and raised in Georgetown, Kentucky, Eric attended Georgetown College before pursuing opportunities within his church. Learning about the security industry on various volunteer events, Eric was originally hired at Bates Security as an assistant to the Install and Sales departments for system design. His cheerful and optimistic personality deemed Eric a better fit for outside customer service.
Eric has been named Employee of the Quarter twice and Employee of the Year in 2009. He currently resides in Lexington with his wife and their two children.
