Customer Service Center - Alarm Permit

All security systems in Lexington/Fayette County are required to have an active alarm permit on file with the Lexington Fayette Urban County Government. This permit is required to be renewed and updated on a yearly basis and at Bates Security, we facilitate and manage this process for you. Each year we will mail you a renewal permit as well as a bill for collection of the associated permit and handling fee.
